Reception at the Stockholm City Hall
Thursday 19 September at 19:00-21:00
By invitation of the City and the County Council of Stockholm.
Transfer to the Reception will be arranged.
Pick up points: Elite Hotel Carolina Tower (Eugeniavägen 6) and Elite Palace Hotel (S:t Eriksgatan 115).
Departure time: 18:15
No return transfer.
Dress code: casual.
If you prefer to go to the City Hall on your own:
Underground to T-centralen (all lines) and a 10-15 min walk
Underground #10 or #11 to Rådhuset and 5 min walk
Bus #3 from Karolinska Institutet to Stadshuset

Gala dinner at the Nationalmuseum
Friday 20 September at 19:30
The gala dinner will take place in the beautiful building of the Nationalmuseum, just opposite the Royal Palace.
Transfer to the gala dinner will be arranged.
Pick up points: Elite Hotel Carolina Tower (Eugeniavägen 6) and Elite Palace Hotel (S:t Eriksgatan 115).
Departure time: 18:45
No return transfer.
Dress code: smart casual.
If you prefer to go to the Nationalmuseum on your own, the address is
Södra Blasieholmshamnen 2, Stockholm. Underground #10 or #11 to Kungsträdgården. Bus #65 to Nationalmuseum or Kungsträdgården or
bus # 2, # 55, #76 to Karl XII:s torg.
